Just a short note to say an enormous thank you for all your support and encouragement in my negotiations with National Westminster Bank.

I am not exaggerating when I say that without your guiding hand and clear thinking, I would be repaying Nat West Bank until I die.

I find myself in the euphoric state of being debt free for the first time in ten years and able to lead a normal existence again, with holidays and trips to the theatre.

I think I had almost forgotten what "quality of life" was.

It has taken me some time not to feel guilt and tremendous worry at spending my hard earned money, but I have recovered by planning six weeks of holiday this year, to make up for lost time.
